Visit Information

Services are generally determined by a court order, a mediated settlement or Rule 11 agreement. There also may be a Protective Order, a Temporary Restraining Order or your attorney may recommend supervised visits.

Services are provided as a neutral provider for the benefit of all parties involved.

An individual Zoom for each parent is conducted to review policies, procedures and sign documents. The fee is $75.

Days of Visitation

Visitation services occur every day except Friday which is on a case-by-case basis.

Fees for services.

The hourly rate for services is $75 -per hour with a two-hour minimum and a eight-hour maximum.

There may be a drive fee if the visit is out of normal service area.

Visit locations

Visits take place in parks-weather permitting, libraries, places that are family-oriented and other locations that are determined on a case-by-case basis.
