ACCESS Supervised Visitation Service Getting Started
Services are provided on site or off-site in Bell, Burnet,Williamson and Travis Counties.
ORIENTATION APPOINTMENT
Each party has a different appointment time.
Please provide copies of:
1. Protective order, Temporary Restraining Order, Mediated settlement, Court order or Rule 11 agreement
2. If the orders are not complete or signed: One of the attorney’s may briefly list the basic information in an email to: parentchildaccess@gmail.com . This enables forward movement of the visit process without confusion of the visit details that have been agreed upon in court or mediation.
3. Orientation fee: $75.00. Fees may be paid in cash or credit card.

· Clients who fail to appear for an orientation appointment, or cancel without an emergency excuse (example: receipt for car repairs on the day of appointment, receipt for doctor appointment) will be charged the $75.00 fee. The fee is due prior to scheduling another orientation appointment.
· Orientation is the time for questions. ACCESS policies will be provided at the orientation. It is the responsibility of the client to familiarize themselves with the policies. A copy will be provided for reference.
· Visitation services will not begin until both parties have completed the orientation. If one party lives over 100 miles away, other arrangements will be made so as not to cause undue hardship for orientation.
· Children are not to attend the orientation. If the parent would like to introduce the child to the visitation surroundings please arrange for a different time while attending the orientation appointment.

The address for the front parking lot is: 303 E. Morrow Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626
Directions from South of Georgetown:
Traveling north on IH-35, take the Lake Georgetown / Andice exit. Proceed on the access road. Approximately one half mile down there will be a Kentucky Fried Chicken. Turn in front of the KFC and follow the road. Turn left onto Morrow Street. Proceed through the intersection of Austin
Avenue and Morrow. Regions Bank is on the right. The second street on the left will be Myrtle. Turn left into the parking lot immediately after Myrtle. At the end of the parking lot is a house that is the San Gabriel Office Park.
Directions from North of Georgetown:
Traveling south from the Temple / Belton area-take exit # 264 / Spur 158. Proceed on the access road, left over the IH-35 bridge, right onto Austin Avenue, (Spur 158). Travel approximately 1.5 miles- passing through the "T" intersection at Williams Drive. (McDonald's on the right) The next intersection will be Morrow Street. Turn left proceed east on Morrow. Take a left into the parking lot immediately after passing Myrtle Street. The house is at the end of the parking lot.
