ORIENTATION APPOINTMENT
Each party has a different appointment time.
Please provide copies of:
1. Protective order, Temporary Restraining Order, Mediated settlement, Court order or Rule 11 agreement
2. If the orders are not complete or signed: One of the attorney’s may briefly list the basic information in an email to: parentchildaccess@gmail.com . This enables forward movement of the visit process without confusion of the visit details that have been agreed upon in court or mediation.
3. Orientation fee: $75.00. Fees may be paid in cash or credit card.

· Clients who fail to appear for an orientation appointment, or cancel without an emergency excuse (example: receipt for car repairs on the day of appointment, receipt for doctor appointment) will be charged the $75.00 fee. The fee is due prior to scheduling another orientation appointment.
· Orientation is the time for questions. ACCESS policies will be provided at the orientation. It is the responsibility of the client to familiarize themselves with the policies. A copy will be provided for reference.
· Visitation services will not begin until both parties have completed the orientation. If one party lives over 100 miles away, other arrangements will be made so as not to cause undue hardship for orientation.
· Children are not to attend the orientation. If the parent would like to introduce the child to the visitation surroundings please arrange for a different time while attending the orientation appointment.
